Cancellation can take place 6 (six) hours prior to transfers and 1 (one) day prior to excursions.
The 10% deposit for transfers is non-refundable. In case the customer has prepaid the entire amount then 90% of the amount will be returned to the customer. The same applies to excursions/tours.
You make the refund to the customer is made in the same way that the customer had paid during the payment. The refund to the customer may take between 3 and 20 business days
